Jim Killen comes to Club Med as Director of Sales – Eastern Region, adding to his 30+ year career in travel industry sales. His career began at Japan Air Lines in 1976 where he held many sales management positions. In his 20+ years at JAL, Killen was instrumental in bringing the airline to preferred status amongst travel agencies, wholesalers and the corporate sector. He departed his career at JAL as Director of Wholesale Sales.
Late 1996, Killen was tapped by Universal Studios Florida as a Regional Sales Manger overseeing leisure agency sales in the greater New York City area. As Universal’s team was expanding, Killen was promoted to head the travel industry field sales team in all territories outside of Orlando, FL Killen played an integral part in sales and marketing of Universal’s $4-Billion transformation into a complete resort destination, renamed Universal Orlando Resort.

Previously, Jim Killen was with the Ritz-Carlton Hotels’ Caribbean & Mexico resort sales team, and Director of Sales for international tour operator Travel Bound.

Jim Killen has earned both CTA & CTC accreditations. He has been elected to ASTA’s World Congress Committee, and sits on the advisory board of FLA USA. He is a past chairman of Connecticut ASTA’s Make A Wish Foundation and board member of Pacific Asia Travel Association. Killen is an active member of ASTA, SKAL, PTANA as well as a past Auxiliary President of 41-74 Club of New York.

Kelly Stanton Endres is responsible for developing travel agent business from the Mid-Atlantic Region of the United States. Kelly has been a member of the Club Med sales team since 2006. Previous to her employment with Club Med, Kelly has held sales and marketing positions in the hospitality industry and technical recruiting.

Kelly in a proud member of PTANA (MD, DC and PA chapters) and ACT. Kelly holds a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration from Mansfield University of Pennsylvania and a Master of Business Administration degree from Loyola University (Maryland). Her interests include travel, hiking and fitness. Kelly is married to Brian Endres, and resides in Ellicott City, MD.

April Guzzi Piazza’s career in the Travel Industry began in 1994 as a Reservation Agent. She has held various positions with international hotel companies and US tour operators including Sales Coordinator, Corporate Sales Manager and Regional Sales Manager. April has been a member of the Club Med sales team since 2006; her current position is District Sales Manager responsible for Manhattan, Staten Island and Northern NJ (all NJ zip codes in the “07” range).

April is a proud member of ASTA (NYC & NJ), 41-74 Club of New York, MAPTA, TABS and ACT. April holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology from Binghamton University (NY). She is married and has 1 son. April’s interests include TRAVEL, concerts, theater, fine dinning & scrap booking.

Bruce Metzendorf, a 20 year veteran of the travel industry, has held his current position as District Sales Manger for Connecticut and New York State with Club Med since 2002. He as extensive experience with tour operators and airlines and started in the travel business at Club Med in the resorts as a GO (gentle organizer) in the Caribbean and Mexico.

Bruce is a graduate of Curry College in Milton, Massachusetts with a degree in Business and a minor in Fine Arts. He spends his leisure time, traveling, sailing, scuba diving, skiing, holds a Private Pilot License certificate and is married to Stephanie and lives in Queens, New York City.

Lisa is a 10-year veteran of the travel industry, and most recently held positions as Business Development & Training Manager, National Accounts for Norwegian Cruise Line. Previously, Lisa was a Personal Vacation Planner at Carnival Cruise Line, and also a Business Development Manager in the field for Carnival Cruise Line / Seabourn. Trish is an industry veteran, and most recently held the position of District Sales Manager for Brendan Worldwide Vacations. Previously, Trish held various sales management positions with The Mark Travel Corporation and several other US tour operators. She also has 10 years experience as a retail leisure travel agent and agency manger. Trish lives in Flowery Branch, GA with her husband Jack and Old English Sheepdogs Lucy, Oliver & Rocky. She enjoys football, golf, hiking, her husbands cooking and spending quality time with her friends and family.
