Susie Casillas has worked in the travel industry for sixteen years. She began her career at a Club Med exclusive booking agency. Due in direct part to her talents and skills, the agency achieved a top selling rank for the five years she was with the company. With her experience Susie was able to move on and manage a full service travel agency. Having never lost her passion for Club Med, Susie applied for and obtained the position of Club Med District Sales Manager for Los Angeles in 2002. With her depth of knowledge of Club Med, her managerial skills, and enthusiasm, she was able to quickly rise to the position of Director of Sales in 2005 and has held the position since.

She currently resides in Belmont Shore, California

Justin Heckman

Justin Heckman is responsible for developing travel agent business from the Midwest United States. Justin has been affiliated with Club Med since 2003 and has held several positions including UK Market Supervisor and UK Call Center Manager. A fluent French speaker, he has lived abroad in Paris, France as well as London, United Kingdom.

Justin holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from The George Washington University (Washington, DC), and is also a graduate of Northfield Mount Hermon School and Eaglebrook School. His interests include travel, music, cooking, skiing, golf and squash. Justin is married to Caroline Albertin, and currently resides in Chicago, IL.

Graeme Laudenslager, a 20 year veteran of the travel industry, has held current position with Club Med since 2007 as District Sales Manager for Los Angeles and Ventura Counties. Past experience includes two years as a creator of two major air consolidators, four years travel agency owner, five years international tour guide, nine years total District Sales Manager.

Graeme lives in Glendale California with his wife Bella and three year old son Aidan and is an x-professional long distance ocean kayaker.

Margot Parenteau is a Lanai, Hawaii native and moved to San Francisco in the early 1980’s. She has worked extensively in the travel industry including cruise line operations and sales, owner of a retail travel agency, convention and visitor bureau sales, hotel sales and management. Margot has held the position of Club Med District Sales Manager since 2003. Her territory includes Berkeley, East Bay along the 880 Corridor, San Francisco, South Bay, San Jose, Santa Cruz, Monterey. Margot lives in Fairfield and is married to PGA Golf Professional, Daryl Parenteau.

Tracey has worked in the travel industry in Texas for 25 years, working as a Travel Agent, Director of USAA Cruise & Travel Co., Business Development Manager with Norwegian Cruise Line and most recently for the last year with Club Med as a District Sales Manager. Tracey has worked extensively in the cruise business, with airline and tour operators.

Tracey studied Business Management at Texas State University. Recently was married to Scott and relocated to Houston, Texas where she and her 13 year old daughter live with their new family. Tracey enjoys traveling, jogging, cycling, live music, theater, and interior design.

Sam Wronski is a Portland, Maine native and moved to Northern California in 2005. A 10 year veteran of the travel industry, he has held his current position with Club Med since 2008 as District Sales Manager for the Pacific Northwest, working directly with the travel agent community and traveling frequently throughout Northern California, Oregon, and Washington. Prior to joining the Club Med Family, Sam worked for one of the Travel Industry’s leading FIT wholesalers (specializing in international car, air, and hotel packages) for over 9 years; starting as a reservation agent during college and rising through the ranks to Director of Sales.

Sam lives in Concord, CA with his wife, Saroya and their two Miniature Schnauzer’s, Batman and Robin. He enjoys driving in his convertible, exploring the amazing wineries and micro-breweries of the Pacific Northwest, and all things culinary; being a self-admitted “foodie” and a former cook in the U.S. Army Reserves.

Suzanne has worked in the travel industry for over 18 years. She has worked for two major airlines, as a Travel Agent for several years, and also as a Business Development Manager for Pleasant Holidays and Regional Sales Manager for Apple Vacations. She has been with Club Med as a DSM since May of 2010.

Suzanne lives in San Diego with her husband and enjoys camping, travel and spending time with her friends and family. She has traveled to over 48 countries and counting!
