Easy Club Med Access
To book a Club Med vacation for your client online,
you need an access to Easy ClubMed.
If your agency has not previously booked Club Med, it is necessary to submit the following information prior to requesting an Easy ClubMed account:
On agency letterhead, please include agency's IATA number, name, address, phone, fax and email, along with copy of Iata or Clia certification and a copy of the agency's W-9.
This information can either be uploaded and emailed to Club Med Accounting at US.Sales.Accounting@clubmed.com
or faxed to Club Med Accounting attn: Sara at 305-925-9266
