Michelle Lardizabal, joined Club Med this year as Vice President, Sales for the United States, based in Miami. She’s spent over 15 years in the travel industry, she boasts experience in both cruises and land based vacations, including more than a decade at Royal Caribbean Cruises Ltd. Her passion is travel, and she especially enjoys disconnecting from reality, while reconnecting with her family during her personal family vacations!

Jim Killen comes to Club Med as Director of Sales – Eastern Region, adding to his 35+ year career in travel industry sales. His career began at Japan Air Lines in 1976 where he held many senior sales management positions. In his 21 years at JAL, Killen was instrumental in bringing the airline to preferred status amongst travel agencies, wholesalers and the corporate sector. He departed his career at JAL as Director of Wholesale Sales.
Late 1996, Killen was tapped by Universal Studios Florida as a Regional Sales Manger overseeing leisure agency sales in the greater New York City area. As Universal’s team was expanding, Killen was promoted to lead the travel industry field sales team in all territories outside of Orlando, FL Killen played an integral part in sales and marketing of Universal’s $4-Billion transformation into a complete resort destination, renamed Universal Orlando Resort.
While leading the field sales team, he was concurrently developing new business opportunities with key national accounts (select consortiums, AAA, Liberty Travel, GOGO Worldwide Vacations, Virtuoso, Signature Travel Network, and American Express). Killen was on the hotel team that brought the Portofino Bay Hotel to preferred status with Virtuoso. Killen founded Universal’s advisory board and a select “preferred partner” agency group.
Jim also held a senior management position with Ritz-Carlton Hotels’ Caribbean & Mexico resort sales team.
Jim Killen has earned both CTA & CTC accreditations. He has been elected to ASTA’s World Congress Committee, and sits on the advisory board of FLA USA and chairman of Connecticut ASTA’s Make- A- Wish Foundation. He is a past board member of Pacific Asia Travel Association. Killen is an active member of ASTA, NACTA, SKAL and is past Auxiliary President of 41-74 Club of New York. Jim is a mentor with the millennial organization, YTP (Young Travel Professionals).

Trish is an industry veteran, and most recently held the position of District Sales Manager for Brendan Worldwide Vacations. Previously, Trish held various sales management positions with The Mark Travel Corporation and several other US tour operators. She also has 10 years experience as a retail leisure travel agent and agency manger. Trish lives in Flowery Branch, GA with her husband Jack and Old English Sheepdogs Lucy, Oliver & Rocky.

Aideen Mulholland is native of Ireland where she studied Hospitality and Tourism, then moved to the USA in 1996. She has worked extensively in the travel industry including sales and operations with cruise lines Carnival & Celebrity, as well as SuperClubs. Aideen joined the Club Med sales team in 2012, she is a proud member of PTANA, RTP, WITS and TACT. Aideen resides in New Hampshire.

Robin’s diversified travel industry experience began over 20 years ago in New Hampshire working with a small regional airline, a car rental company and a travel agency. She moved to Southern California for 5 years managing Newport Center Travel and then back to the east coast to Washington, DC in 1993 where she worked with CapStar Hotels, in the companies’ Caribbean Hotel Division. She started her own company Destination Sales and Marketing 17 years ago, (1996-2014) working as an independent contractor representing major Caribbean Resorts, River Cruise Lines, Tour Operators, Airlines and Car Rental Companies.

Claudia Gil has worked in the hospitality/travel industry for over 30 years. Experience working in Marriott’s 5 star resorts and then having owned her own business, A La Carte Gift Baskets, has given Claudia hands on experience with clients and sales. Claudia’s Club Med story began while she was a village G.O. working in the Bahamas and Mexico. Claudia soon realized Club Med would be a her true fit so after receiving her Communications degree, Claudia worked in the Club Med Call Center in Arizona and quickly moved up to managing a team of over 130. After relocating to South Florida, Claudia continued her Club Med career as Trade Support Manager to the U.S. Field Sales Team. Now, to further her overall Club Med knowledge and experience, Claudia has recently taken on the role of Business Development Manager for Florida. Claudia has been married to a fellow Club Med GO for over 25 years and is the very proud mother of 3 (all fluent in French so as to someday be Club Med GOs as well).

April Dawn (which she prefers to be called), is a seasoned sales & hospitality professional with over 12-years’ experience. Most recently, April Dawn has been a valuable member of the B.B. King Blues Club organization, holding various sales management positions. During her time there, April Dawn was selected to be the company liaison to handle the organization’s VIP clientele (that included rock ‘n roll icons Chuck Berry & Jon Bon Jovi; New York Yankee Mariano Rivera; film star Glen Close and celebrity Joan Rivers to name a few).
April was also instrumental in overseeing corporate clientele, including such companies as VH1; Comcast; Broadway Cares – Equity Fights AIDS; The New York Daily News, Ernst & Young and Memorial Sloan-Kettering. (To note, April was intimately involved with sales responsibility for the entire B.B. King Blues Club Organization, which includes famous venues as The Blue Note Jazz Club; Highline Ballroom and The Howard Theater in Washington, D.C.).
April Dawn holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Iona College in New Rochelle, NY and was a member of the Dean’s Delta Epsilon Sigma Honor Society.
